Press reports indicate that Real Madrid is looking to negotiate a swap deal with Chelsea during the upcoming summer transfer window following the conclusion of the current season.

Real Madrid was preparing to face Valencia tomorrow, Saturday, but the Spanish Federation has decided to postpone the match due to floods that have affected the city.
The club is eager to secure the signature of young Argentine star Enzo Fernandez, who plays for both the Argentine national team and Chelsea. Enzo played a significant role in Argentina’s victory at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

According to a report from the British website Team Talk, Real Madrid intends to intensify its efforts to sign Enzo Fernandez. The management is considering making an offer of £84 million for his signature or potentially involving young French star Aurelien Tchouameni in a swap deal to persuade Chelsea of the deal’s viability.

The report also cites the Spanish newspaper Fichajes, confirming that Enzo Fernandez has become Real Madrid’s primary target for strengthening the midfield. If an agreement is reached, Enzo would undoubtedly be a valuable addition to the team, given his impressive technical abilities.

At 23 years old, Enzo excels in the pivotal midfielder role, and his contract with Chelsea runs until June 2032. Since joining Chelsea, he has made 74 appearances across all competitions, scoring 7 goals and providing 6 assists for his teammates.
