Barcelona FC is planning to snatch one of the stars of Manchester United’s first team in the upcoming summer transfer window.
Hansi Flick’s squad will play the twenty-sixth round of the Spanish La Liga today, Sunday, at Montjuïc Stadium against Real Sociedad, in a match in which the Catalan team aspires to achieve victory and take the lead in La Liga.
According to information from the Spanish newspaper “El Nacional”, which revealed Barcelona’s desire to exploit the tension in the relationship between Argentine Alejandro Garnacho and coach Ruben Amorim to sign Manchester United’s winger, the Catalan club sees the young player as an ideal addition to strengthen the front line alongside Lamine Yamal, especially with his excellent dribbling abilities and playmaking skills.
The newspaper indicated that despite the tension with Amorim, abandoning one of the most prominent young talents in the Premier League would be a grave mistake by the Red Devils’ management, especially since the player has all the attributes to develop into a world-class star.
The newspaper also added that the Argentine player strongly wants to leave Manchester United and believes that Barcelona’s project would be the most suitable for him, given the team’s focus on supporting young talents.
