Héctor Fort, who is considered the least used player throughout the season, is in a questionable situation. Fort has not been fortunate, and with Koundé regaining his best form, competition for a starting position has become impossible, making it difficult to determine who will be the new right-back at Camp Nou. However, his performance has not convinced Flick either, as he has not given any reasons to justify granting him more minutes. In some matches, he was chosen due to his defensive errors, which reflect his nervousness, lack of experience at the top level, and slow competitive rhythm.
Despite his young age, he is considered one of the most promising players in La Masia, with many coaches believing he has great potential.
