After cla, shing with a Barcelona star in the recent Copa del Rey Clásico… a Barcelona player excludes a Real Madrid player from the Spanish national team!

It appears that the bitterness of losing the Copa del Rey to Barcelona will only deepen for one of Real Madrid’s first-team stars.

Real Madrid failed to win the Copa del Rey title after losing 3–2 to Barcelona in a match held on Saturday evening at La Cartuja Stadium.

According to reports from the Spanish newspaper ‘‘El Nacional‘‘, Dani Ceballos’ return to the Spanish national team is no longer among the Real Madrid player’s priorities, following his incident with Lamine Yamal in the Copa del Rey final.

The reports indicated that coach Luis de la Fuente prefers not to call up any player who causes disruptions or disturbs the calm atmosphere within the La Roja squad. This previously led to Ceballos being excluded due to his dispute with Pablo Gavi, and now a similar situation is unfolding after his altercation with Lamine during El Clásico.

The newspaper reported that Lamine Yamal privately threatened to withdraw from the national team’s upcoming camp if Dani Ceballos were called up. De la Fuente responded swiftly with a firm decision to exclude the Madrid player in favor of maintaining harmony and protecting his prized young talent.

It’s worth noting that Ceballos made his first start against Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final following a recent injury, but he was substituted in the second half due to pain in his left ankle.
