In recent hours, controversy has escalated regarding the future of Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti, amid conflicting reports from various media outlets about his next destination. Earlier in the day, most journalists reported that the Real Madrid coach had rejected an offer to lead the Brazilian national team and had received a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia.

According to the French website “Sports Zone,” the Saudi club Al-Hilal has made a massive offer to Ancelotti and believes it can capitalize on his arrival to attempt to sign Vinicius Junior. This report was not the only one; it was also corroborated by the websites “Ocdiario” and “Marca.” However, Marca recently updated its report after consulting sources close to the coach.

The newspapers Esradio, Marca, and Ramon Alvarez de Mon, along with other media outlets, confirmed that negotiations between Ancelotti and the Brazilian Football Confederation are still ongoing, and that there are no financial or administrative disputes between him and Real Madrid, which would significantly alter the situation. Nonetheless, the Sports Zone report cannot be dismissed, as the Saudi offer to the Italian coach reportedly amounts to €50 million per year.

Vinicius Junior is under contract with Real Madrid until June 30, 2027, with a €1 billion release clause. The club is not considering selling him and is seeking to renew his contract, although no final agreement has been reached yet. However, it seems that Saudi clubs will continue their efforts to persuade him to make the move.

Real Madrid’s number 7 continues to prioritize staying in Europe. At just 24 years old, he has many years of playing time ahead of him and dreams of continuing to win titles with Real Madrid, a club he considers the best in the world. Still, it is only natural for him to seek the most financially rewarding contract.

Rumors will persist, and conflicting reports about the futures of Ancelotti and Vinicius Junior are likely to intensify, given the enormous sums involved and the ever-changing possibilities. In deals of this scale, everything can shift in a matter of hours.

Real Madrid maintains a good relationship with both Ancelotti and Vinicius. As for the Italian coach, the club does not intend to place any obstacles in his path should he decide to leave, while remaining committed to maintaining a long-term relationship with the Brazilian star.
