The paper added that the Blaugrana have already rejected the offer, despite their need for a new striker. Hansi Flick considers López an important player, despite his limited goalscoring record.
The Spanish midfielder is also hoping to secure a place in the squad of Spain national team coach Luis de la Fuente, who will have a say in his international future.
López has scored eight goals and provided 11 assists in 46 appearances this season. His name has also been linked with Inter Milan in recent months.
