Joachim Löw has emerged as one of the leading candidates to take over as Real Madrid manager next season. While Jürgen Klopp is considered the favorite to succeed Álvaro Arbeloa, Florentino Pérez is exploring several options, and Löw’s extensive coaching experience is attracting attention. However, there are strict conditions for convincing him.

The first of these conditions involves a complete overhaul of the squad, including the departure of four players who do not fit into his plans. Among the most prominent names on the exit list are Dani Ceballos and Fran García, whom Pérez believes lack the necessary quality to continue at the Santiago Bernabéu. Eduardo Camavinga’s departure is also likely due to his disappointing performances, while Gonzalo García could be loaned out to gain more experience.

On the other hand, Löw plans to bring in young players to strengthen the team. One of the most notable names is 19-year-old Andriy, who has shown remarkable talent since joining Olympique Lyonnais. Pérez’s €70 million investment is seen as an ideal way to reintegrate rising stars into the squad.

Löw also aims to reinforce the defense, focusing on Nico Schlotterbeck, who has proven his abilities with Borussia Dortmund and is valued at around €60 million. This move comes after disappointment with Dean Hoesen, making the signing of Schlotterbeck a strategic objective to restore the team’s defensive balance.

Pérez faces a difficult decision, balancing the need to retain key players with the acquisition of young talents to strengthen Real Madrid’s future—a move that could shake up the club and lead to a complete restructuring.
