Jürgen Klopp’s name has once again stirred controversy at Real Madrid, emerging as a leading candidate to spearhead a new project for the club. However, the German coach has set a condition that could significantly alter the situation: the sale of the team’s Brazilian star this summer before he agrees to take over.
Vinicius Is Not in Klopp’s Plans
According to sources close to Klopp, the German coach believes Vinicius Junior is a difficult player to manage and does not fit the discipline he seeks to instill in the team. Klopp believes that keeping the player could jeopardize team cohesion, emphasizing that he does not want players who cause problems or disrupt the group’s focus.
Klopp also believes that selling Vinicius now, while his market value is still high, could generate more than €120 million, an amount that would allow the club to make important signings to strengthen key positions in the squad.
Klopp’s Conditional Deals
In addition to the condition of selling Vinicius, Klopp has requested the signing of three key players to ensure a balanced squad:
Alexis Mac Allister: A smart and dynamic midfielder whom Klopp knows well from his time at Liverpool; he would serve as the team’s linchpin.
Harry Kane: A reliable striker capable of leading the attack and guaranteeing goals.
Niko Schlotterbeck: A fast and decisive center-back, suitable for defensive work alongside Militão or Hoesen.
The Final Decision Lies with Real Madrid
Now, the decision rests with Real Madrid’s management: Will the club accept these radical changes and embark on a new project under Klopp’s leadership, or will they reject his condition and miss the opportunity to sign one of the world’s greatest coaches?
