As for Mendy, despite extending his contract until 2027, he suffers from recurring muscle problems that could lead the club to let him go.
David Alaba faces a similar situation after suffering a cruciate ligament injury, and Rüdiger may also leave despite recent offers, while Fran García is looking for an opportunity to stay and strengthen his position in the team.
