Guti calls for the sale of Real Madrid star after catastrophic performance against Mallorca

Guti erupted in anger during his analysis of Real Madrid’s 2-1 defeat to Mallorca, directing sharp criticism at French midfielder Eduardo Camavinga. The former Real Madrid star deemed Camavinga’s performance unworthy of his position in the team and called on the club to reconsider his future.

Camavinga was responsible for Mallorca’s first goal after failing to track back and defend against Morlanes’ run, which weakened Real Madrid’s midfield and allowed the opposition to open the scoring. Guti emphasized that these mistakes are not new but have recurred throughout the season, which is unacceptable for a seasoned player with Champions League experience.

Guti added: “Camavinga has been with the team for three years and should be a regular starter, not on trial. If an offer arrives from Paris Saint-Germain, it’s best to let him go, because Real Madrid doesn’t tolerate negligence.”

Real Madrid coach Álvaro Arbeloa gave Camavinga another starting place after a break, but his performance was disappointing, prompting the coach to substitute him in the second half. This decision suggests that the player’s future is uncertain and could lead the club to reconsider the summer offers he has received.
