The agency representing Vinicius Junior, Roc Nation Sports, has issued a scathing statement condemning recent media coverage as speculation intensifies over the Brazilian’s future at Real Madrid and a potential move to Arsenal.
The 26-year-old winger is currently locked in contract negotiations with Real Madrid, with his existing deal set to expire in 2027. Should talks stall, Los Blancos could consider a sale this summer to avoid losing one of their marquee assets on a free transfer next year—a situation that has reportedly put Premier League champions Arsenal on high alert.
The rumor mill was further ignited by Madrid’s pursuit of RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande, who is also managed by Roc Nation.
Responding to the growing noise, the sports agency pulled no punches in a strongly worded public response:
“Roc Nation Sports International and our entire team cannot stand idle when unprofessional and uninformed media publish fake and damaging information for attention-seeking purposes.
“This is especially unacceptable when it personally targets our clients without any foundation. It is disruptive, harmful and libellous. Media outlets and journalists need to hold themselves more accountable.”
