Akram Connor confirmed that Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea are competing to sign Barcelona’s defensive star, Kounde, in the upcoming summer transfer period.
Akram Connor pointed out that Kounde joined Barcelona from Seville in the summer of 2022 in a deal worth about 50 million euros, with a contract extending until the summer of 2026.
Akram Connor explained that the Barcelona administration has no choice but to get rid of Kounde if it wants to solve the problem of the salary cap with the Spanish League.
