Italian media highlighted the existence of a three-way struggle to obtain the services of Frenchman Ferlan Mendy, the Spanish star of Real Madrid, in the upcoming summer transfer period.
According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, a transfer market expert, through his official account on the social networking site X, the English trio Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United want to sign Mendy.
Fabrizio Romano explained that Liverpool will start a new project without Jurgen Klopp and wants to sign Mendy, while Manchester United needs to enter the Mercato next summer and restore several positions in the team.
Fabrizio Romano pointed out that the Spanish coach, Mikel Arteta, the Arsenal coach, and his defensive work, and he wants to benefit from it at the Emirates Stadium next season.
