Officials of the Spanish club Real Madrid, headed by Florentino Perez, are seeking to sign a replacement for German Toni Kroos during the upcoming summer transfer period of 2024, to strengthen the ranks of the Merengue team.
Real Madrid is seeking to strengthen its ranks, especially with an advanced midfielder with the same characteristics as the brilliant German Toni Kroos, the player who announced his retirement after the end of the Euro Championship in Germany.
According to information received from the Spanish newspaper “Marca”, the Real Madrid club management wants to sign a contract with German Joshua Kimmich, a German player for Bayern Munich, during the upcoming summer transfer period of 2024.
The newspaper added that Real Madrid officials want to repeat the Toni Kroos scenario with Kimmich, as Perez believes that the German player possesses some characteristics that are similar to his compatriot Toni Kroos and will be a strong deal for the Royal Club next summer if the deal happens and is completed.
It is worth noting that Barcelona wants to sign German Joshua Kimmich, Bayern Munich player, to strengthen the midfield, especially after the approaching departure of Pedri and Frenkie de Jong.
