The management of Al-Nasr Saudi Club is preparing many surprises during the upcoming summer transfer period, to strengthen the team’s ranks with foreign deals, as happened in recent seasons.
The team’s management plans to sign high-caliber stars this season to erase the effects of Al-Nasr’s disastrous season this year and the loss of all the titles it participated in.
The Saudi administration has put some international names on the negotiating table for the next Mercato, including the star of the Spanish FC Barcelona defense line.
Spanish press reports from the “Sport” newspaper revealed Al-Nasr Club’s desire to obtain the services of Barcelona defender Iñigo Martinez during the upcoming summer transfer period after coach Hansi Flick demanded the player’s departure due to his many injuries and failure to perform at the desired level.
It concluded that Al-Nasr officials reached a preliminary agreement to include the Barcelona star this summer, for 4 million euros.
On the other hand, Portuguese Bruno Fernandes left the accounts of Al-Nasr management during the summer transfer period, after Manchester United officials refused to sell the player this season.
