The management of the Spanish club Real Madrid continues to pursue some new goals, to strengthen the ranks of the first football team, during the upcoming summer transfer period, to continue dominating the local and continental championships.
The Royal administration succeeded in concluding its first deal, by signing Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, the former Paris Saint-Germain player.
The Royal team wants to strengthen some positions within the formation of Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti, the first of which is the right-back position.
The Spanish newspaper AS revealed that Real Madrid is listing some candidate names to strengthen the right-back position in 2026.
The Spanish newspaper continued, there are two names strongly nominated for the European Champions League table, the first being Achraf Hakimi, the Paris Saint-Germain player, and the second, Reyes James, the Chelsea player.
The newspaper added that there is confusion within Real Madrid because of the quality of this duo, but Mbappe may play a role in convincing Perez to sign a contract with his former friend in Paris Saint-Germain, the Moroccan star Ashraf Hakimi.
The newspaper concluded that Real Madrid is planning to negotiate with the duo from the beginning of next season, in anticipation of the non-renewal of Dani Carvajal, the right-back of the Merengues.
