Press reports revealed today that Real Madrid aims to sign a player from the first team of the Saudi Al-Nassr club during the current summer transfer period.
The Merengue seeks to strengthen the team’s ranks, in order to increase the team’s strength by obtaining appropriate support for the team, maintaining a presence on the podium and achieving championships.
According to what was revealed by “The Athletic” newspaper, the Royal Club has identified Spaniard Aymeric Laporte, a player for Al-Nasr Club, as a potential option to strengthen the defense line during the current transfers.
The newspaper indicated that the agreement between Los Blancos and Al-Alamy will be simple, but Laporte’s choice is complicated because of his salary, which amounts to 20 million annually.
The newspaper concluded that the player was tempted by the idea of playing for Real Madrid in light of the wonderful period experienced by the European giant that dominates the old continent and has among its ranks a group of the most prominent stars in the world, so much so that he decided to give up a large portion of his salary in order to achieve his dream of moving to Real Madrid.
It is worth noting that Al-Nasr Saudi Club signed Aymeric Laporte, coming from Manchester City, England, for a contract for the next 3 years.
