Spanish press reports highlighted the stability of Real Madrid president Florentino Perez as the successor to the Italian team’s coach, Carlo Ancelotti, as Real Madrid coach in the future.
According to Spanish journalist Mario Cortegana, Florentino Perez is working to convince Frenchman Zinedine Zidane to return to Real Madrid and lead the club after the departure of Italian Carlo Ancelotti.

Mario Cortegana said that Perez will ask Zidane to wait until 2026 and return to coaching Real Madrid again.
Mario Cortegana pointed out that Zinedine Zidane rejected a large number of training offers from some European club giants, led by Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain.

Mario Cortegana explained that Zidane’s refusal to coach a club since his departure from Real Madrid is due to his desire to become the coach of the French national team in the future.
Mario Cortegana continued that Zinedine Zidane left Real Madrid coaching in 2021, and has been away from the world of football since that time.

It is noteworthy that Carlo Ancelotti will leave Real Madrid coaching at the end of the 2026 season, following the end of his contract with the Royal Club.
