The management of the Spanish club Barcelona is placing many candidate names to support various positions within the Barcelona formation, in preparation for the start of the new and first season under the leadership of German Hansi Flick, the team’s coach, in order to return again to the podium in the new season.
Flick recently expressed his dissatisfaction with the abilities and level of some Barca players, confirming their departure at the end of this summer, and adding new deals.
Sky Sports International revealed that there is interest on the part of Barcelona officials in left-back Sergio Reguilon, the current Tottenham and former Real Madrid star.
The newspaper added that no one expected this from England when it was announced that Barcelona had contacted Tottenham to try to negotiate the arrival of Sergio Reguilon, the left-back who came through the youth ranks at Real Madrid.
The newspaper added that Sergio Reguilon is receiving the attention of the Blaugrana team, to the point that Deco asked about his readiness to strengthen the team. He is not part of the Tottenham coach’s plans and the doors are open for him to leave.
The global network explained that Tottenham club officials have no objection to discussing the offers submitted for Reguilon’s departure this summer, in light of the player’s high marketing value.
It was concluded that Reguilon has a contract with Tottenham extending until 2025 after he left coach Postecoglou’s plans, but he has not received an official offer to sell him yet.
