German Hansi Flick, the coach of the first football team at Barcelona, has identified the first deals of the Blaugrana that will be concluded during the next winter transfer period.
Barcelona seeks to strengthen its ranks in the upcoming winter Mercato in order to reach the decisive stage of the season with the team in its best technical and physical condition.
Luis Rojo, the journalist of the Spanish “Marca”, said that Oscar Mingueza, the right-back of the first football team at Celta Vigo, will be the first deal of the Catalan club in the winter Mercato.
Rojo added: “With Barcelona’s continuous search for a right-back, there is a player under control, which is Oscar Mingueza.”
He continued: “Mingueza, who is performing wonderfully with Celta Vigo, and because of that he joined the Spanish national team, has a penalty clause of 20 million euros.”
He concluded by saying: “Barcelona owns 50% of his card, if Celta wants to sell him, the Catalan club has priority and only 10 million euros.”
It is noteworthy that Barcelona is at the top of La Liga with 12 points after winning the first four matches in a row, moving 4 points away from its traditional rival Real Madrid at the beginning of the season.
