Barcelona continues to study many important files, most notably some free deals to strengthen the team’s ranks during the upcoming winter transfer window.

According to information from the Spanish newspaper El Nacional: During the summer transfer market, Kingsley Coman was one of the prominent names that attracted the attention of Barcelona, as Barcelona was thinking of contracting him to occupy the left side of the attack, especially after excluding the contract with Nico Williams, Hans Flick, the former coach of Coman, recommended Joan Laporta and Deco to sign the French player.
The newspaper added: In Bayern Munich, Coman lost his place in the team’s plans under the leadership of new coach Vincent Kompany, with the presence of Jamal Musiala, Serge Gnabry, Leroy Sane and newcomer Michael Olise, Coman became in a secondary position in the team’s lineup.
The player was ready to move, and a loan offer was available to him without an obligation to buy, but Barcelona was unable to submit the offer due to the lack of space in the wage bill.
Koeman has rejected several other offers that have reached him, from clubs such as Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United, in addition to some teams from Saudi Arabia.
Koeman indicated that his main interest is to experience playing in the Spanish League and wearing the Barcelona shirt, and he hopes that this option will be achieved next January.
Flick spoke with Koeman and informed him that he is still on the agenda, confirming that Barcelona may seek to sign him in January if they can get rid of some players, especially in the attacking area such as Ferran Torres and Ansu Fati, as Barcelona believe that Koeman, who has great experience, will be a strong addition to the team.
Joan Laporta and Deco are also convinced that Koeman will be a valuable addition to the team, as he will greatly enhance the quality, but the priority at the moment is to register Ronald Araujo and Andreas Christensen.
After these problems are resolved, Barcelona will begin negotiations with Bayern Munich regarding Coman.
