Barcelona are living happy days due to the strong start with which they started the season and were able to achieve victory in the first 5 matches in La Liga this season.

The Catalan giants lead the La Liga standings with 15 points, 4 points ahead of Real Madrid and their neighbors Atletico, and they hope to continue this start in the Champions League as well when they face Monaco.
In good news for Barcelona fans, Barcelona’s training yesterday, Monday, witnessed the return of Dutch midfielder Frenkie de Jong, after an absence of about 5 months due to an ankle injury.

The 27-year-old has been absent from Barca’s ranks since he suffered a sprained ankle in the (El Clasico) match against Real Madrid on April 21.
The Dutch international participated in part of the Catalan team’s training today, Monday, at the (Joan Gamper) Sports City stadiums, in preparation for facing Monaco next Thursday at the start of the team’s journey in the Champions League.

Barça coach Hansi Flick led a recovery training session for the players who participated in the team’s big win over Girona at home (1-4) in the fifth round of La Liga, while the players who participated for fewer minutes or did not participate in the match underwent intense physical training.
