According to Spanish press reports, most notably the Catalan newspaper \u2018\u2018Sport\u2018\u2018, Barcelona needs \u20ac75 million to complete a deal to sign Liverpool striker Luis D\u00edaz. The club’s sporting director, Deco, considers him the ideal option to strengthen the left-wing position, given the need for a fast and skillful player capable of providing offensive reinforcements.<\/p>\n
The newspaper indicated that the club plans to sell several players to finance the deal, including Andreas Christensen, Alex Vald\u00e9s, and Eric Garcia, in addition to attempting to offload Ansu Fati, who refused to leave last winter.<\/p>\n
