\nThe newspaper added that Liverpool sent an offer to include the player worth 150 million euros, equivalent to 129 million pounds.<\/p>\n
The newspaper continued that if the Valverde deal was completed at this value, it would be the most expensive in the history of Liverpool and the history of the English Premier League in general.
\nValverde played for Real Madrid’s first team in 246 matches in all competitions, scoring 19 goals and making 23 goals.<\/p>\n
