Barcelona is seeking to carry out a comprehensive restructuring of the Catalan team to begin a new phase full of successes and titles after a very difficult season that Barcelona went through.
\nBarcelona continues to search for solutions to sign new deals, and the most important of these solutions is selling some of Barcelona\u2019s first team stars in order to finance those deals.<\/p>\n
In light of this, the Spanish club Barcelona set the selling price for French international Jules Kounde, the Catalan team\u2019s defender, according to what was confirmed by Spanish press reports.
\nThe 25-year-old player has a contract with the Catalan club until June 2027, and has been linked to joining the English club Arsenal this summer.<\/p>\n
According to the Spanish newspaper \u201cSport\u201d, Arsenal will have the opportunity to sign Jules Kounde, if Barcelona is unable to sell Uruguayan international Ronald Araujo, Barcelona\u2019s defender.
\nThe Spanish newspaper continued that the Catalan club is ready to sell the French player for 60 million euros.<\/p>\n
The newspaper concluded that Arsenal’s Spanish coach, Mikel Arteta, admires the French player’s performance and sees him as the piece that is missing for Arsenal to win titles again.
\nKound\u00e9 played 48 matches with the Catalan team during the 2023-24 season, in all competitions, where he scored two goals and assisted 4 others.<\/p>\n
The French player won the Spanish League once and the Spanish Super Cup once during the past two seasons with the Blaugrana.
