According to a report by the Spanish newspaper \u201cAS\u201d, the recent changes in Bayern Munich\u2019s strategy regarding Alphonso Davies have raised concerns within Real Madrid, prompting the Spanish club to consider making an urgent decision.
\nBayern Munich intended to have Davies stay until the end of his contract in June 2025, and offered him a renewal of his contract with a salary of 14 million euros per year, but Davies rejected these offers.<\/p>\n
Accordingly, Bayern Munich decided to offer Davies for sale during the current summer transfer period rather than risk his departure on a free transfer at the end of his contract. The initial price for selling the player was set at 50 million euros.
