Rodrygo Goes has been close to leaving Real Madrid for some time now, and the possibility of his departure could be looming soon. If that happens, the club’s board is working on finding a potential replacement.
Several names have been circulated in this context, such as Haaland and Neco Williams; however, reports indicate that another star has offered his services to Real Madrid.
There has been much discussion recently about the possible departure of Rodrygo Goes from Real Madrid following the arrival of Mbappé and some statements made by the Brazilian player.
According to information from the Spanish newspaper “Defensa Central,” there are reports about a possible replacement in the event of his departure, and that player is Alejandro Garnacho, the star of the English Premier League.
The relationship between Garnacho and Manchester United coach Ten Hag is not good. For this reason, the player is looking for a way out, and Real Madrid may be his ideal destination.
Garnacho sees Cristiano Ronaldo as his role model, making a move to Madrid an attractive option for him. The 20-year-old Argentine is under contract with Manchester United until the summer of 2028.
Real Madrid would have to pay a fee to sign him, with his current value estimated at around €45 million after a stellar season last year.
Rodrygo could also be hinting at a move to the Premier League. He said this summer: “Everyone already knows that; there’s no need to answer… The Premier League is the league that everyone loves to watch. I’m not going to close the doors anywhere; everyone knows that my dream has always been to play for Real Madrid. I want to be here, but everything can be discussed. But my goal is to stay here.”
