The 26-year-old forward recently saw his profile skyrocket after delivering a standout World Cup campaign with Spain, capped off by scoring the winning goal against Argentina in the final. With his current deal set to expire at the end of next season, PSG manager Luis Enrique—who shares a strong relationship with Torres from their time together with the national team—has been keen to capitalize on the contract situation and secure a reduced-fee transfer.
